Absorption tower is a most important and necessary equipment in chemical engineering and oil refinery industries. Regular packing is a main unit for the development of tower technology. In order to promote the development of regular packing and expansion utilization in industries, our company through close cooperative investigations with related research institute has achieved rich experiences for the research, development, promotion of regular packing as well as the production of high-efficiency regular packing and tower elements, winning great faith in China. The applications of regular packing are expanded from general chemical industry to oil refinery, petrochemical industry, fine chemical industry, chemical fertilizer industry and environment protection departments. The operating units are expanded from distillation to absorption abstraction, washing, heat transfer and bi0Chemical pr0Cessing. The working process is also expanded from normal pressure, medium vacuum and separation to high-pressure evaporation. The regular packing tower equipment has been developed tending to large scale, computerized optimization and automatic operation. Practice proves that the new-type and high-efficiency regular packing is characteristic of high flux, high efficiency, low resistance, less liquid delay and easy operation without evident magnification effect.

Application fields
(1) Metal porous plate wave packing
Used for crude oil normal pressure distillation tower; main fractionating tower for catalytic cracking; ethylene coarse distillation and quench tower，base and ammonia absorber and extractor; ethylbenzene/phenylethene separation, propylene/propane pressure distillation; expoxyethane/epoxy propane separation and gas recovery and purification.
(2) Corrugated wire gauze packing
Used for separation of nitro-toluene and nitro-chlorobenzene; separation of alcohol; separation of chlorphenol and mixture chlorobenzene; separation of polyformaldehyde and metaformaldehyde; separation of irisone, menthol, vanillin and nerol.
(3) Metal wire hole packing
Used for fine distillation of morpholine, separation of chlorphenol, transformation of vacuum distillation tower of gaultherolin and transformation of intermittent distillation tower of acetic acid, ethyl ester, continuous methane fine distillation and recover, modification of formaldehyde absorbing tower and epoxy propane supper fine distillation tower.
(4) Metal honeycomb packing
Used to gasoline sweetening equipment, propane deasphalting equipment and refinery of lubricating furaldehyde.
Notices for ordering
(1) For a complete set design, please offer the following technical information:
① Is continuous or batch distillation or absorbing tower?
② Is a new project or making use of old absorption tower?
③ The conditions of the factory, such as water, power and steam supplies as well as the workshop.
④ Materials, balanced data, processing throughput, batch operating time;
⑤ Purity requirement of batch distillation and product recovering ratio;
⑥ Offer the molecular quantity of each component, density, temperature, specific heat, viscosity, heat of vaporization, saturated steam curve, relative volatility between each component etc.,
(2) If the customer only needs packing, please offer the following technical information:
① Actual inradium of tower, inlet dimensions, section demand;
② Material description, specifications and model of packing material.
