Static mixer
Static mixer is a kind of high-efficiency mixing equipment without any movable elements. Beside wide applications in the fields of oil refining, chemical engineering industries, the mixer can also be used in the fields of medical science, foodstuff, mine refining, plastic squeezing and environment protection department. Compared with traditional mixers, glue ground, venturi, the static mixer is characteristic of simple flow process, compact structure, low energy consumption, less investment, easy operation, free maintenances as well as good performance. At the case of liquid—liquid, liquor-solid, air-air mixing, emulsification, neutralization, absorption, abstraction, reaction and reinforcement heat conduction, the kind of static mixer can be used to replace traditional equipments.
Denotation of product types

Calculation for pressure loss of static mixer
The static mixer is to be used in the pipe with large pressure loss. When the systematic pressure of the static mixer rises high, the pressure loss can be ignored, while the systematic pressure of the static mixer becomes lower, the pressure loss of the static mixer should be calibrated. Method for the calculation for pressure loss of static mixer differs depending on the model of static mixer. Installation of static mixer
During installation, the static mixer should be at the location of the original mixing of two streams or multiple streams. In cases of different usage, the erecting modes differ. The concrete requirements see the following table:

(2) The flange standards of mixers produced by our company refers to HG, HGJ, JB/T, SH, ANSI etc., customers should clear flange standards and specifications during ordering, otherwise misers are to be provided according to HG20592-1997 standard.
(3) If the customer selects products with sleeve, parameters such as maximum operating pressure, max operating temperature, working medium should be noted.

■ Product features
During the process of fluid transfer, the mixing ration is affected by unbalanced transferring pressure. In order to facilitate the customers to used static mixer, our company has recently developed a new SN-type allotter with injection function to the pressure pump. On condition of guaranteeing the sub-flow rate and making the outlet pressure satisfied. The SN-type allotter consists of a spray nozzle, a reception chamber, a mixing chamber and a diffuser. The main stream passes through the conical inlet in high speed and then forms into low-pressure stream, thus making the sub-stream pumped into the reception chamber. High-pressure vortex (eddy current) in the mixing chamber is diffused through the diffuser that makes the fluid into the static mixer smoothly for optimal effectiveness.
■ Product application
SN distributor is suitable to fluid feeding with two or more than two streams. When pressure of main stream and sub-stream is unbalanced, Venturi-type distributor can be selected while the pressure of main stream and sub-stream is balanced, normal type distributor can be selected.
